Justine Schofield

Justine Schofield was born and raised in Sydney. Her mother is French and she therefore speaks French like a native. This goes a long way to help with her regular visits to France to discover her heritage. As Justine says, "My fascination with food and the French way of life, draws me back every time – it's amazing how the food and culture changes each time you arrive in a different region." In 2009, Justine applied for Channel 10's Masterchef and from around 7,000 applicants, she made it to the top four of the highly acclaimed series.
