Analiese Gregory
'Franklin '
An extraordinary talented young chef, nominated for the "Good Food Guide" Chef of the Year in 2018. Analiese started her career in New Zealand working her way to the three Michelin star restaurant of Michele Bras in France, then to San Sebastian working at Mugaritz. Returning to Australia She secured a position for 5 years at Quay restaurant with Peter Gilmore.

Moving to Tasmania to be head chef at Franklin restaurant fulfilled her ambition for sustainable, organic, locally grown produce. On her days off Analiese forages and dives locally for abalone, scallops and sea urchins.

This class will showcase what Analiese is best at and will inspire you.
