An extraordinary talented young chef with extensive training from Peter Gilmore at Quay, Analiese perused a life in Tasmania. During her time as head chef at "Franklin" the restaurant was awarded two hats and she was also nominated for the "Good Food Guide" Chef of the Year in 2018.
Analiese has worked in some of the top restaurants overseas, one being Michele Bras in France.
Wanting a simpler life Analiese has moved to Franklin in southern Tasmanian where she can peruse her interests in diving, fishing, hunting, foraging and cooking private dinners two nights a week at the Franklin Gallery. With her multi-talents and love of organic Tasmanian produce this class is sure to inspire.
